Analysis of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use in Relation to Employee Performance

The adoption of electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) is an important consideration for communication and collaboration companies. Several research efforts have focused on studying the success variables that contribute to effectiveness E-CRM systems. This study investigates whether enhanced Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) TAM3 can be used understand employee E-CRM. present evaluates scale two key variables: perceived value ease use, are considered main predictors acceptability. results show usefulness significantly affects 3.83 values out 5.0, with a confidence interval 839. Additionally, performance rating 0.886, which above acceptable limit 0.70. indicate data fits extended TAM model effectively. Performance measurement heavily influenced by use user satisfaction.
